Cabstartup User Guide Passenger

Welcome to the user manual for Cabstartup.This document is intended to provide with all the information you need to get started with and use the cabstartup passenger app effectively.

1.  Splash Screen

Upon launching, CabStartup’s splash screen prominently displays the company logo and provides visual cues to indicate that the app is initializing. This introductory screen aims to create a positive first impression and establish a connection with the user.

2.  Sign Up

2.1 Adding Phone Number and Selecting Country Code

In order to register an account, the user needs to provide their phone number. Prior to entering the phone number, the user is required to choose the country code corresponding to their location. After that, they can proceed by clicking the “Continue” button. For users who already have an account, they have the option to click “Sign in.”

2.2 Phone Number Verification Process

Once the user enters their phone number, a 4-digit verification code is sent to their phone. In case the user doesn’t receive the code, they can click on the “I didn’t receive the code” option after 60 seconds. Upon entering the verification code, the user will be redirected to the Add details screen.

2.3 Add details

On the “Add Details” screen, the user is required to upload their profile picture via either the gallery or camera. The user will also need to provide their first name, last name, and email address. Although optional, a referral code can also be entered by the user. In order to proceed with sign up, the user must accept the terms and conditions and privacy policy. Furthermore, the option of signing up via Google or Apple is available to the user. If the user already has an account, they can simply sign in.

 

3.  Login

3.1 Adding Phone Number and Selecting Country Code

In order to log in to the device, the user is required to input their phone number. Prior to doing so, the user must select the country code corresponding to their location and then proceed to click “continue”. Alternatively, if the user does not possess an account, they can opt to click “Sign up”.

3.2 Phone Number Verification Process and Login

Once the user enters their phone number, a 4-digit verification code is sent to their phone. In case the user doesn’t receive the code, they can click on the “I didn’t receive the code” option after 60 seconds. Upon entering the verification code, the user will be redirected to the dashboard screen.

4.  Main Home Screen

On the main home screen, users will find a “Where to” search bar that redirects them to the next screen for selecting a location. Recent locations of the user will also be displayed below the search bar, and the CabStartup logo will be prominently displayed on the screen. The screen will show suggestions for different types of cars such as Executive, SUV, X, and XL, which can be scrolled through by the user. Additionally, the user can browse through various plans offered by CabStartup on the platform. Furthermore, CabStartup can be used to order groceries or snacks. A map is displayed at the bottom of the screen, which takes the user to the next screen upon clicking.

 

4.1 Services

Upon clicking “See more” in the suggestions list, a new screen opens up that displays additional services. These services are included in the suggestions list and consist of Electric, SUV, XL, and X options.

4.2 Ways to Plan with Cabstartup

4.2.1 Cabstartup XL

If the user is in a group of up to 6 people, carrying a significant amount of luggage or groceries, or simply prefers a larger vehicle, they have the option to choose CabStartup XL for their ride. CabStartup XL offers minivans or SUVs that provide ample space and can accommodate the user’s needs for a spacious ride.

4.2.2 Reserve a ride

In the “reserve a ride” feature, users have the flexibility to select their precise pickup time up to 30 days in advance. This allows them to plan their trips ahead of time with convenience. Additionally, users are granted extra wait time to meet their ride, ensuring a more relaxed experience.

Furthermore, if there is a need to cancel the reserved ride, users can do so without incurring any charges as long as it is done at least 60 minutes in advance of the scheduled pickup time. This cancellation policy provides users with flexibility and the ability to modify their plans if necessary.

5.  Home Screen

When the user clicks on the map on the main home screen, they will be directed to the home screen of the app which displays a map with the user’s current location marked by a pin point. The user can move the pin to select any other location as desired. The screen also displays saved locations of the user such as home and office, represented by two icons. A menu bar can be accessed by clicking the button located at the top left of the screen. At the bottom of the screen, there is a “Where to” search bar that redirects the user to the next screen for selecting a location.

Where To screen

In the “Where to” screen, the user can add their pickup and dropoff locations by typing them into the respective boxes.The user can switch riders by clicking on the drop-down menu at the top of the screen. This allows the user to easily switch between multiple riders, each with their own profile and payment options. The screen provides suggestions based on the user’s input, and the user can also select locations on the map. Additionally, if the user wants to add a stop between the dropoff location, they can click on the “+” button. The user’s saved locations can be accessed by clicking the “Saved Locations” button. The screen also displays the user’s main saved locations, such as home and office, represented by two icons. Recent locations of the user are also visible at the bottom of the screen for easy access.

In the “Where to” screen, the user can add a stop between their drop off location by clicking on the “+” button, which adds a new location field. The user can type in the location or select it from the map. The drop off location and the stop can be interchanged by clicking on the arrows between them. The added stop can be deleted by clicking the cross button on the bar.

5.1 Switch Rider

In the “Switch Rider” screen, the user can select a different rider by clicking on the “Switch Rider” drop-down menu. The screen will display a list of available riders, and the user can select the one they want. The user can also delete a rider from the list by clicking the cross button on the rider’s profile picture. To add a new rider, the user can click on the “Add Rider” button and add their preferred driver to the list.

5.1.1 Add a rider

In the “Add Rider” screen, the user is presented with two options. The first option is to select a rider from their contacts, and the second option is to manually add a new rider. This allows the user to quickly add a new rider to their list by selecting someone from their contacts, or to add a new rider manually if the rider is not in their contacts list.

5.1.1.1 Choose Rider

In the “Choose Rider” screen, the user is presented with a list of their contacts from which they can select their desired rider. The screen also includes a search bar at the top, which allows the user to search for a rider by name or number. Additionally, there is a button in the top right corner that allows the user to manually add a new rider to their list. This provides the user with the flexibility to quickly select an existing contact as their rider or add a new one to the list.

5.1.1.2 New rider

In the new rider screen, the user is required to enter the first name, last name, and phone number of the new rider. Once the information is entered, the user can click on the “Add Rider” button to add the new rider to their list.

5.2 Saved places

In the “Saved Places” screen, the user can view and manage the places that they have saved. This includes commonly used locations such as “Home” and “Office,” as well as other saved places. The user can edit or delete any of the saved places as needed, and there is also an option to add a new saved place.

5.2.1 Add Saved Place

When the user wants to add a new place, they will be taken to a screen with a search bar where they can type in the name or address of the place they want to add. As the user types, suggestions will appear below the search bar to help them find what they are looking for faster.

The user can tap on a suggestion to select it, or they can continue typing to refine their search. Once they have found the place they want to add, they can tap on the “next” button to go to the next screen.On the next screen, the user can add a name for the place they are saving. Finally, the user can tap on the “save” button to add the place to their saved places list.

 

6.  Confirm Drop off Screen

When the user reaches the “Confirm Drop Off Location” screen, a dialogue box displaying the selected drop off location will appear. The user will have the option to confirm the drop off location as it is, or modify it by clicking on the drop off address bar above. Additionally, the user may utilize the map to either select a new location or verify the accuracy of their current one.

6.1 Change Drop off location

The “change drop-off” screen allows the user to modify their drop-off location by entering a drop off location in the designated search bar. As the user types, the screen generates suggestions based on their input, enabling them to easily select the desired location.

6.2 Change Pick up location

The “change pick up” screen allows the user to modify their pick up location by entering a pick up location in the designated search bar. As the user types, the screen generates suggestions based on their input, enabling them to easily select the desired location. The screen includes a “Now” button located in the top right corner that allows the user to select their desired date and time for the ride.

 

6.3 Select your pickup time

On the “select your pickup time” screen, the user can choose the specific date and time for their ride. The screen also displays a map showcasing the selected pickup and drop-off locations. Once the user has made their selection, they can proceed by clicking on the “schedule ride” button and proceed to the next screen.

7.  Confirm Pick up Screen

When the user reaches the “Confirm pick up Location” screen, a dialogue box displaying the selected pickup location will appear. The user will have the option to confirm the pick up location as it is, or modify it by clicking on the pick up address bar above. Additionally, the user may utilize the map to either select a new location or verify the accuracy of their current one.

8. Choose Ride

On the “choose ride” screen, the user must select the type of vehicle or ride they desire from the available options, which include “Ride Electric,” “RideXL,” “SUV,” “Car Pooling,” “Rent a Car,” “RideX,” “Bike,” “Food Delivery,” and “Autonomous Car.” Additionally, the user can include specific comments and select preferred car facilities. The user has the option to add a payment method for card payments, as well as to apply a promo code for discount. The time and date of the ride can be modified if necessary. The screen also displays a map with the previously selected pickup and drop-off locations. After that the user can click on the “negotiate fare” button to initiate the fare negotiation process.

 

The dialogue box can be scrolled to the top, allowing the user to view all available ride types.

8.1 Trip comments

In the “trip comments” section, the user can provide additional information that will be visible to the driver. These comments may include special instructions or requests that the driver should be aware of before starting the ride.

8.2 Car facilities

On the “car facilities” screen, the user is presented with a list of available options that they can select based on their preferences and requirements. This list typically includes facilities such as smoke-free vehicles, pet-friendly accommodations, luggage space, music preferences, Wi-Fi availability, wheelchair accessibility, and the availability of baby seats. Additionally, users may have the option to select a driver who speaks a particular language.

8.3 Promo code

On the “promo code” screen, the user can enter a promo code to unlock special offers and discounted fares.

8.4 Rent a car

When selecting the “Rent a Car” option, the user will be presented with a date and time picker interface. Within this interface, the user can select the desired start date and time for the car rental, as well as the end date and time for the rental period. Once the user has made their selections, they can proceed by clicking the “Submit” button.

After submitting the chosen rental dates and times, a dialogue box will appear on the screen. This dialogue box will display the expected drop-off time for the rental. Additionally, the driver details will be fetched and shown, providing the user with relevant information about the assigned driver for the car rental. This ensures a smooth and transparent experience for the user when renting a car through the app.

8.5 Food

When the user selects the “Food Delivery” option, they will be presented with a list of available restaurants. The list will display various restaurant options from which the user can choose. The user is free to select any restaurant that they prefer from the list.Once the user has selected a restaurant, they can proceed with ordering food using the app.By offering a range of restaurant choices and a convenient ordering process, the app allows users to easily order food and have it delivered to their desired location.

9.  Bid on Fare

On the “bid on fare” screen, the user can input a reasonable fare for their trip and then click on the submit button to proceed to the next screen.

10.  Recommended fare

On the “recommended fare” screen, the user will be presented with the average current fare offered by other ride-sharing services. Based on this fare, a recommended fare will be suggested that is typically lower than what is offered by other services. The user can either accept the recommended fare by keeping it as is, or they can raise the fare to a higher amount if they wish to do so. Alternatively, the user may choose to cancel the ride request altogether.

11. Raise Fare

On the “raise fare” screen, the user has the ability to adjust the fare for the ride. They can increase or decrease the fare, keeping in mind that it cannot be reduced below the original fare. If the user is not receiving any offers at their current fare, they have the option to raise the fare, prompting drivers to send offers based on their preferences. Additionally, the user can choose to cancel the ride request. The screen will also display a map indicating the pickup and drop-off locations chosen by the user.

12.  Driver List

The “driver list” displays a list of drivers who have submitted bids for the user’s ride based on their preferences.The list on the screen will include the driver’s name, car details, bid amount, estimated time of arrival (ETA) for the driver, and the distance in kilometers between the driver’s current location and the user’s pickup point.The user can review these bids and choose the one that best matches their requirements. They have the option to accept a bid that suits them or reject bids that do not meet their expectations. Furthermore, the user can also cancel the ride request, which will redirect them to the “cancel ride” screen for further actions.

12.1 Cancel Ride

On the “cancel ride” screen, a list of reasons will be presented to the user, inquiring why they wish to cancel the ride. The user can select a reason from the provided options and click on the “submit” button to cancel the request accordingly.

13. Driver is on his way

After the user has accepted the driver’s request, the “Driver is on the way” screen will be displayed. This screen will show a map indicating the pickup and drop-off locations selected by the user. The screen will show the ETA for the driver. The driver’s name, car details, and rating will be visible to the user. The user will have the option to call or chat with the driver. Additionally, the screen will provide trip details, including the pickup and drop-off locations, as well as the fare amount for the trip. Furthermore, the user can also cancel the ride.

14. Driver Has Arrived

The “driver has arrived” screen will be displayed when the driver reaches the pickup location. It will feature a map illustrating the chosen pickup and drop-off locations. The user will be able to view the driver’s name, car details, and rating. Communication options such as calling or chatting with the driver will be available. Furthermore, the screen will present trip details, encompassing the pickup and drop-off locations, along with the fare amount for the journey.

14.1 Waiting Time Notification

When the driver arrives at the pickup location, a 5-minute timer will be generated on the user’s screen, indicating the driver’s waiting time. During this period, the user will have the option to either click “OK” to proceed with the ride or cancel the ride if needed.

15. Trip Started

After the driver has started the trip, the “trip started” screen will be displayed to the user. The screen will show a map indicating the pickup and drop-off locations chosen by the user. The user will have access to the driver’s name, car details, and rating, along with communication options like calling or chatting with the driver. Trip details, including the pickup and drop-off locations and the fare amount, will also be provided. Additionally, the user will have the option to add a stop during their trip if needed. By clicking on the shield button, the user can access additional options and features.

15.1 Add Stop During Trip

In the “Add Stop during trip” screen, the user can add a stop between their drop off location by clicking on the “+” button, which adds a new location field. The user can type in the location or select it from the map. The drop off location and the stop can be interchanged by clicking on the arrows between them. The added stop can be deleted by clicking the cross button on the bar.

15.2 More Options

On the “more options” screen, the user is presented with two options: “Send SOS message” and “Share your trip.”

  1. “Send SOS message”: This option allows the user to send a message in case of an emergency during the trip. It provides a means for the user to quickly reach out for help or notify authorities if needed.
  2. “Share your trip”: By selecting this option, the user can share the details of their trip with anyone they choose. This includes information such as the pickup and drop-off locations, car details, driver’s name, and other relevant trip details. Sharing the trip details can help the user keep someone informed and provide a sense of security.

Both options aim to enhance user safety and allow them to communicate important information during their trip.

16. Trip Completed

Once the driver has completed the trip, the “trip completed” screen will be displayed, presenting the user with a receipt of the trip. The screen will provide access to the driver’s name, car details, and rating, along with the trip ID for reference. The total fare for the trip will be shown, as well as the payment method used (cash or card).

Furthermore, the screen will ask the user if they would like to leave a tip. Tip options, such as “no tip,” “$5,” “$10,” etc., will be presented for the user to choose from. Additionally, the user will have the option to add the driver to their preferred driver list, indicating a preference to ride with them in the future.

Lastly, the user will be able to rate the driver on a scale of 1 to 5 stars. They can rate the driver by selecting options that describe their experience, such as “poor,” “bad,” “normal,” “average,” “good,” or “excellent.” This allows the user to provide feedback and evaluate the driver’s performance.

16.1 Preferred list

When the user adds the driver to their preferred driver list, a confirmation screen will appear, indicating that the driver has been successfully added to the preferred list. This screen assures the user that their selection has been saved and acknowledges their preference for future rides with the added driver.

The screen shows that the driver has been added to the preferred driver list.

17. Side Menu

The menu in cab startup is designed to offer easy access to essential features, including account management, ride history, payments, and communication. It provides a seamless user experience and empowers users to personalize their preferences, interact with customer support, and take advantage of promotional benefits.

  1. Account: The Account section allows users to manage their personal information, including their name, contact details, and profile picture. Users can update their account settings. This section may also provide options to edit address and language settings.
  2. Inbox: The Inbox section serves as a communication hub between the car booking service and the user. Users can find important notifications, such as booking confirmations, driver updates, promotional offers, or customer support messages. They can also initiate conversations with customer support representatives for any queries or issues they may have.
  3. Home: The Home section serves as the main screen of the app, providing users with a quick overview of available ride options. It displays a map with nearby vehicles or driver locations and offers options to choose the pickup and drop-off locations.
  4. History: The History section allows users to review their past bookings. It displays a detailed list of previous rides, including the date, time, pickup, and drop-off locations. Users can review fare details, driver information, and leave ratings or feedback for completed rides.
  5. Payment: In the Payment section, users can manage their payment methods associated with the car booking app. They can add or remove credit or debit cards, link digital wallets, or set up automatic payment options.
  6. Wallet: The Wallet section is where users can view and manage their app credits or balance. This feature allows users to add funds to their wallet, either through direct top-ups or by redeeming promo codes or gift cards. Users can also check their transaction history within the wallet, providing transparency on the usage of credits or earned rewards.
  7. Preferred Drivers: The Preferred Drivers section provides users with the ability to save or bookmark drivers they have previously had a positive experience with. This feature allows users to request specific drivers for future rides if available, ensuring a consistent and familiar experience.
  8. Free Rides: The Free Rides section displays any available promotions or offers that users can apply towards their rides. It showcases active promotional codes, referral programs, or loyalty rewards, allowing users to avail themselves of discounted or free rides.
17.1 Profile/Account

In the profile screen, users have the ability to modify their personal details such as their name, mobile number, and email address. They can access the help and support option, which provides assistance and guidance on how the app works. Additionally, users can change the language settings and update their address information. The user can also change the theme of the app by clicking the button on the top right of the screen.

Furthermore, users have the option to log out from their account, allowing them to securely sign out of the app when needed.

17.1.1 Update Profile picture

In the “update profile picture” section, users have the option to upload their profile picture by clicking the upload button using either the camera or the gallery. This allows users to personalize their profile by selecting a photo that represents them. By choosing the camera option, users can capture a new photo using their device’s camera, while the gallery option enables them to select an existing photo from their device’s photo gallery.

17.1.2 Update Your Name

In the “update your name” section, users will have the option to enter their first name and last name in order to update their name. This allows users to modify their name as desired and ensure that their profile reflects their most up-to-date information.

17.1.3 Update your mobile number

In the “update your mobile number” section, users can enter their new phone number and click on the “update” button. This enables users to change their mobile number associated with their account, ensuring accurate and current contact information.

After entering the new mobile number in the “update your mobile number” section, the user will receive a 5-digit PIN code through a verification process. The user will then proceed to the “validation code” screen where they can enter the received PIN code. Once the code is entered correctly and verified, a confirmation message will appear on the screen, notifying the user that their account has been successfully verified. This confirmation ensures the user’s account security and validates the updated mobile number.

17.1.4 Update your Email

In the “update your email” section, users can enter their new email address and click on the “update” button. This allows users to change the email associated with their account, ensuring that their profile reflects the most accurate and current contact information.

17.1.5 Help

The “Help” option provides users with comprehensive assistance and guidance on various aspects of the app’s usage and functionality. It includes the following features:

  1. Support Message: Users can send a support message to seek assistance or ask specific questions related to their experience with the app.
  2. Trip and Fare Review: Users can access information and guidelines on how to review and provide feedback on their trips and fare calculations.
  3. Payment and Rewards: Users can find information about payment methods, managing their rewards or loyalty program, and any related inquiries.
  4. 5-star Driver Guide: This feature offers guidance on how to rate drivers and provides information about the criteria for giving a 5-star rating.
  5. Help Center: Users can access a comprehensive help center that provides answers to frequently asked questions and troubleshooting assistance.
  6. Report a Problem: Users have the option to report any issues or problems they encounter during their app usage, allowing for prompt resolution.
  7. Terms and Policies: Users can review the app’s terms of service, privacy policy, and other relevant policies to ensure compliance and understanding.

The Help option serves as a centralized resource for users to find support and obtain information on various aspects of the app.

17.1.6  Language

In the “language” screen, users are presented with a list of available languages from which they can select their preferred language for the app. The list may include a variety of languages, allowing users to choose the one that best suits their preferences and needs.

17.1.7 Log out

The user can log out by locating and selecting the “logout” button located at the end or bottom of the screen. By clicking on the log out button, the user will be securely logged out from their account, ensuring the protection of their personal information and providing a safe logout process.

17.2 Inbox

In the inbox screen, the user will be presented with a list of their chat conversations with other drivers. The conversations will be organized in chronological order, with the most recent chat appearing at the top. Each conversation entry will display the date and time of the last conversation, allowing the user to quickly identify the most recent interactions. This provides a convenient way for the user to keep track of their communication history with different drivers.

17.2.1 Chat screen

In the chat screen, the user will be able to view their conversation with the selected driver. The user’s messages will be displayed in blue color on the right side of the screen, indicating their own messages. On the other hand, the driver’s messages will appear in grey color on the left side of the screen, distinguishing them as the sender. This visual distinction between the user’s and driver’s messages helps to differentiate and easily identify the participants in the conversation.

17.3 Trip History

The Trip History section provides users with a comprehensive overview of their past bookings and serves as a record of their travel history. It presents a detailed list of previous rides, including important information such as the date, time, pickup location, and drop-off location for each ride. Additionally, it displays the total duration and distance covered during the ride.

The History section also indicates the status of each ride, such as “in progress,” “canceled,” or “completed,” providing users with a quick reference of the ride’s outcome. Users can access fare details, including the amount paid for each ride, as well as information about the driver assigned to the trip.

The History section serves as a valuable resource for users to review their travel history, access important details of past rides, and easily reference previous trips. It enables users to track their usage, make future bookings based on past preferences, and maintain a record of their overall experience with the platform.

17.3.1 Trip Details

The Trip details section offers users a detailed summary of the trip selected by them, serving as a personal travel history curated by them. On this screen, users can view the driver’s name, car details, trip ID, pickup location, and drop-off location for the selected ride. Moreover, it provides information on the total duration and distance traveled during the trip. A map is also displayed, showing the pickup and drop-off points. Additionally, the screen presents a breakdown of the fare, including the total fare, sales tax, toll fee, credit fee, admin fee, and any extra charges such as tips.

17.3.1.1 Report a problem with trip

Within the “Report a Problem” feature, users are presented with a list of predefined problem categories to choose from. These categories represent common issues that users may encounter. The user can select a reason from this list that best matches the problem they want to report. Additionally, if none of the predefined problem categories accurately describe the issue, the user has the option to choose “Other” as a reason. This allows them to provide a more specific description or explanation of the problem they are experiencing.

17.4 Payment

Within the Payment section, users have the ability to control and organize their payment methods linked to Cab startup. The available payment methods include Cash, Wallet, and Card. Users can conveniently add or remove credit or debit cards, connect their wallets, and configure automatic payment preferences. Furthermore, users also have the option to include corporate payment methods if applicable.

17.4.1 Add new card

On the “Add New Card” screen, users are required to input various details to successfully add a new card. These details include the card number, expiry date, CVV (Card Verification Value), country selection, and cardholder name. Once all the necessary information is provided, the user can proceed to click the “Submit” button to complete the card addition process.

17.4.2 Add Corporate

In the “Add Corporate” screen, users need to provide specific details to add a new corporate to their account. These details comprise the Employee ID, Company name, phone number, and email associated with the corporate. Once all the required information is entered, the user can proceed by clicking the “Submit” button to successfully add the corporate to their account. This allows users to conveniently manage their corporate bookings and preferences within the car booking app.

17.5 Wallet

On the Wallet screen, users can view their total balance displayed up to two decimal places. Additionally, the screen presents a list of transactions associated with the user’s account. Each transaction entry in the list includes a transaction title, total fare, and paid fare. Furthermore, the date of the transaction is also shown, along with the type of transaction, such as top-up or other relevant categories. This provides users with a comprehensive overview of their transaction history within the wallet feature.

17.6 Preferred Drivers

Within the Preferred Drivers screen, users have the ability to access and manage a list of drivers they have added to their preferred drivers’ list. The list prominently displays the names of the drivers, along with their associated car names and driver ratings. Users also have the option to remove any driver from their preferred list by deleting them from the list. This feature allows users to easily view and customize their preferred drivers based on their preferences and past experiences.

17.7 Free Rides

On the Free Rides screen, users are given the opportunity to earn free rides by making referrals to others. When a user refers someone, they become eligible to receive a free ride as a reward. To facilitate this process, the user is provided with a referral code that they can share with others. They have the option to either copy the referral code or send it via various social media platforms such as Twitter, Facebook, WhatsApp, or Messages. This allows users to easily spread the word about Cab Startup and enjoy the benefits of free rides through successful referrals.

18. Airport Management

Airport management refers to the coordination and organization of transportation services to and from airports using cabstartup. The goal is to ensure smooth and efficient operations for passengers traveling to or from the airport.

18.1 Where to screen

In the “Where to” screen, the user can add their pickup location and dropoff airport locations or vice versa by typing them into the respective boxes. The user can switch riders by clicking on the drop-down menu at the top of the screen. This allows the user to easily switch between multiple riders, each with their own profile. The screen also displays a list of previous airports and terminals that the user has visited. This provides the user with a convenient reference to their past travel history and destinations.

18.2 Which Airline

Within the Airlines screen, users are presented with a selection of popular airlines after choosing the airport. This list includes well-known and commonly used airlines. The user can choose a terminal from the provided options, which helps in providing more accurate and relevant information regarding departure or arrival gates, facilities, and directions. Users also have the flexibility to skip this step if they don’t have a preference or if they are not concerned with selecting a specific terminal.

18.4 Confirm Pickup

After selecting the terminal, the user is directed to a map interface where they can confirm their pickup spot. On the map, the designated pickup area is marked by a rectangular shape, clearly indicating the location. Additionally, a dialogue box displays the specific written details of the pickup spot.To confirm their location, the user can simply click on the “Confirm Pickup” button. This ensures that the user’s pickup spot is accurately registered within the app, facilitating a smooth and seamless pickup process for their selected service.
